  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups chopped collard greens
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

Cajun-Style Blackened Tilapia

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.2. In a small bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.3.
