 Ingredients:
 -   8 oz. of lo mein noodles 
-   1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced 
-   3 cups of broccoli florets 
-   2 tbsp. of vegetable oil 
-   3 cloves of garlic, minced 
-   1 tsp. of grated ginger 
-   1/4 cup of soy sauce 
-   2 tbsp. of oyster sauce 
-   2 tbsp. of brown sugar 
-   1 tbsp. of cornstarch 
-   1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes 
-   Salt and pepper to taste 
 Directions:
 -   Cook noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and set aside. 
-   In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup of water to make the sauce. 
-   Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
-   Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until browned and cooked through. 
-   Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until tender. 
-   Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. 
-   Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and stir to coat. 
-   Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and chicken mixture.
