Delicious Chicken and Broccoli Noodle Stir Fry

If you're looking for a quick and easy dinner recipe that's packed with flavor, this chicken and broccoli noodle stir fry is the perfect choice!

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. of grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. of cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup of water to make the sauce.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  6. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
  7. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and stir to coat.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and chicken mixture.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
