Ingredients:
- 2-3 medium zucchini, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Prepare three bowls for coating the zucchini strips: one with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt; one with beaten eggs; and one with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each zucchini strip in the flour mixture, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated zucchini strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the zucchini fries for 15-20 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the zucchini fries with marinara sauce for dipping.
Tips:
- If you want to make the zucchini fries even crispier, you can use panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs.
- If you don't have parmesan cheese, you can use any other hard cheese that you have on hand.
- Make sure to line your baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the zucchini fries from sticking.
- Don't overcrowd the baking sheet with the zucchini fries, or they won't get crispy.
