Ingredients:
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Grilled chicken breast (optional)
Start by heating up your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, brush the halved romaine lettuce with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
