Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of pasta
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 ounces of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
