Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of beef strips
  • 1 pound of fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and soy sauce together until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
