Ingredients:
- 1 package of mini slider buns
- 1 lb of bacon
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
First, cook the bacon in a skillet until it is crispy. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
Next, slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and chop the lettuce into small pieces.
To assemble the sandwiches, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom bun. Add a slice of tomato, a piece of lettuce, and a strip of bacon. Top with the other half of the bun.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all the sandwiches are assembled. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
