Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of dried noodles
- 1/2 lb. of flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. of hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp. of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned on all sides.
- Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
