Delicious Beef and Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of dried noodles
  • 1/2 lb. of flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb. of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  6. Add the sliced onions and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  7. Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  8. Add the beef back to the pan with the vegetables, along with the cooked noodles.
  9. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour the mixture over the beef and shrimp, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and everything is hot and well-coated.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
