Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe: How to Make the Perfect Cup

If you're looking for a refreshing and flavorful coffee drink, you can't go wrong with Vietnamese iced coffee. This beloved beverage is made with strong, bold coffee and sweetened condensed milk, and served over ice for a truly refreshing treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of dark roast ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • Ice cubes

Start by grinding 1/2 cup of dark roast coffee beans. You want a coarse grind to help the coffee steep properly.

Next, place the coffee grounds in a Vietnamese coffee filter, also known as a phin. Pour boiling water over the coffee and let it steep for 5 minutes.

While the coffee is steeping, pour 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk into a glass. Once the coffee is ready, pour it over the condensed milk and stir well. Add ice cubes to the glass and enjoy!
