  • 1 pack of spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.2. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.3.
