Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the bell peppers and onion to the same skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, and sesame oil.
- Add the tofu back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until everything is heated through and coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
