Delicious Korean-Style Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onion to the same skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, and sesame oil.
  6. Add the tofu back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until everything is heated through and coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
