Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and paprika, stirring to combine.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender and have released their moisture, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
