Garlic Butter Shrimp and Artichoke Linguine Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the artichoke hearts to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.
