Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • 1 lb. chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken and shrimp with the Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and shrimp and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
