Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
 - In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and honey until well combined.
 - Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface with a spatula.
 - Bake the cornbread for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - While the cornbread is baking, prepare the honey butter. In a small mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and honey until light and fluffy.
 - Once the cornbread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing it into squares.
 - Serve the warm cornbread with a dollop of honey butter on top.
