 Ingredients:
 -   1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 
-   1/4 cup sugar 
-   1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 
-   1 quart strawberry ice cream, softened 
-   1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened 
-   1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced 
 Instructions:
 -   Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. 
-   In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined and resembles wet sand. 
-   Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. 
-   Once the crust is cool, spread the softened strawberry ice cream evenly over the top of the crust. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. 
-   Remove the cake from the freezer and spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the top of the strawberry ice cream layer. Cover and freeze for another hour. 
-   Top the vanilla ice cream layer with sliced strawberries. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. 
-   When ready to serve, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake. Remove the springform ring and slice the cake into wedges. Serve immediately.
