Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped cabbage, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes.

Next, add the can of diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked ground beef back to the skillet and stir to combine.
