Ingredients:
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat.
- Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and hot, but make sure not to boil the milk.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and serve immediately.
Notes:
This recipe makes enough for two servings, but can easily be doubled or tripled for more people. You can also adjust the amount of sugar and peanut butter to your liking.
