Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups of spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic cloves and sauté until the onions are translucent.
