Ingredients:
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 whole wheat wraps

To begin, cook the bulgur wheat according to package instructions. Drain any excess water and set aside to cool.
