Ingredients:
- 1 pound of chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 pound of penne pasta
- 1/2 cup of basil pesto
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
