Sesame Noodles Recipe: Quick and Easy

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. of Chinese noodles
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Cook the Chinese noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss until evenly coated.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Tips:

  • For a little extra heat, add some sriracha or chili flakes to the sauce.
  • You can also add some protein to the dish, such as grilled chicken or shrimp.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
