Ingredients:
- 1 lb. beef chuck roast, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup corn kernels
