Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, florets only
- 1 head of cauliflower, florets only
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place broccoli and cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
