Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or hazelnuts)
- 1/4 cup of rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries
- Sea salt, to taste
Begin by melting the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it is completely melted and smooth.
Next, dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat the entire berry. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries onto a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle the chopped nuts and rainbow sprinkles on top.
In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork until they are broken down into a sauce-like consistency. Drizzle the raspberry sauce and the remaining melted chocolate over the strawberries. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top to balance out the sweetness.
