Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8-10 flour tortillas
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
