Delicious Beef Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8-10 flour tortillas
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  3. Stir in the enchilada sauce, green chilies (drained), salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Roll them up and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining beef mixture over the top of the tortillas, making sure they're evenly coated. Sprinkle more cheese on top.
