Delicious Ramen Noodles Recipe - Quick and Easy to Make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of Ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a pot and add the ramen noodles. Cook for about 3 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Drain the water and set the noodles aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and shredded carrots to the pan and stir for about 2-3 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  5. Stir in the green onions, soy sauce and mix well.
  6. Serve the ramen noodles in a bowl and top with sliced boiled eggs.
