Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 mini taco shells
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spoon.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add diced tomatoes and onion to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
