Spicy Sausage and Snap Pea Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
