- 10 large mushrooms, stems removed and washed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
