Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
