- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon.
- Add the sliced peppers, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and white wine, and bring to a simmer. Cook until the liquids have reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sausage and peppers. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
