Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and clams)
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup of corn kernels

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the bacon fat and cook until the onion is translucent.
