  • 1 lb. fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
To begin, pick through your crab meat to remove any shells. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, panko bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
