Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Start by washing and drying one pound of fresh strawberries. Make sure to remove any leaves or stems.
Next, chop 8 ounces of dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler over low heat. Stir the chocolate until it is smooth and fully melted.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate and place it onto a lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of the chocolate covered strawberries before the chocolate hardens.
Once all of the strawberries are dipped and sprinkled, use a spoon to drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top of the strawberries.
Refrigerate the chocolate covered strawberries for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. Serve and enjoy!
