Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender, puree sliced peaches until smooth.
- Add the cooled sugar syrup and lemon juice to the pureed peaches. Blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.
Tips:
- For a boozy twist, add a splash of peach schnapps or vodka to the mixture before freezing.
- Serve with fresh mint leaves and peach slices for a beautiful and tasty presentation.
- If you don't have a blender, you can use a food processor or stick blender instead.
