Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a blender, puree sliced peaches until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled sugar syrup and lemon juice to the pureed peaches. Blend until well combined.
