Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
First, preheat your oven to 325°F. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of granulated sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and flour. Mix until well combined.
In another mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, light brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the milk and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour and fold in the mini chocolate chips until well combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust. Spoon the chocolate chip cookie dough mixture over the cheesecake layer, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are golden brown. Let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
