Ingredients:
- 1 cup of peanuts
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Start by gathering your ingredients. You will need one cup of peanuts, one cup of chocolate chips, and one tablespoon of coconut oil. You can use any type of peanuts you like, but we recommend using unsalted peanuts for a healthier option.
Next, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium heat. Stir the mixture frequently to ensure that it melts evenly. If you don't have a double boiler, you can create one by placing a heat-safe bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Once the chocolate mixture has melted, add the peanuts and stir until they are fully coated. Use a spoon to scoop out individual clusters of chocolate covered peanuts and place them on a sheet of wax paper to cool.
Let the chocolate covered peanuts cool for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened. Once they are ready, serve and enjoy!
