Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut avocados in half and remove seed. Slice each half into 4-5 pieces.

  10. Serve avocado fries hot with cilantro lime dipping sauce.
