  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions:
