Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Add the broccoli to the water during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly, until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
