Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice, honey, and olive oil, and continue whisking until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
