Delicious Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes, or until softened. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and some salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to soften.
  5. Add the cooked rice noodles and the steak back to the wok. Pour the sauce over the top and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
