Ingredients:
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled and roasted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Start by shelling and roasting the pistachios until they are slightly golden and fragrant. Allow them to cool to room temperature before proceeding to the next step.
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted and smooth. Add sea salt to the melted chocolate and mix well.
Add the roasted pistachios to the chocolate mixture and stir until they are fully coated. Use a spoon to scoop the pistachios out of the chocolate mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the chocolate covered pistachios for about 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Once ready, serve and enjoy!
