Shrimp Scampi Linguine is a mouth-watering dish that combines succulent shrimp, tender linguine, and a flavorful garlic butter sauce. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare, making it a perfect choice for busy weeknights or special occasions.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
