Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound pasta
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Next, add the minced garlic and pine nuts to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Then, stir in the pesto sauce and Parmesan cheese until everything is well combined.
Finally, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the pesto sauce. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves as desired.
