  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
