Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
