- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large peaches, sliced
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
