Ingredients:
- 1 pound of crab meat
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of minced onion
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Firstly, make sure your crab meat is fresh and properly cleaned. In a large bowl, mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and black pepper. Make sure all ingredients are well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal pieces and shape each into a patty. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
